About the Journal

Sportive Perspective: Journal of Sports and Educational Sciences (E-ISSN: 2148-905X)

Sportive Perspective: Journal of Sport and Education Sciences, as an academic and refereed journal, started its publication life in 2014 and is an international journal. It aims to increase the sharing of knowledge in the field of sports sciences, to enrich the academic accumulation in this field and to disseminate scientific studies. The journal adopts an interdisciplinary approach to sports and educational sciences and provides a valuable resource for academics, researchers, students and practitioners.

The publication language of the journal is Turkish and English. Sportive Perspective serves as a bridge between the global sport sciences community by bringing together the work of academics from different geographies.

The journal is published in a fully online format and offers open access to its readers. Published four issues a year (March, June, September, and December), the journal provides a continuous and up-to-date information flow with its regular publication period.

Sportive Perspective: Journal of Sport and Education Sciences publishes scientific articles in a wide range of fields such as sport sciences, educational sciences, physical activity and health, training and movement science, sport psychology, sport sociology, sport management and recreation. In addition, original research articles, review studies, case studies and theoretical articles are included to support the dissemination of different types of academic studies.

Indexes: The journal is indexed in SPORTDiscus, DOAJ, EBSCO, SOBIAD, CABI Abstracts  and WorldCat databases.
