Dr. İlimdar Yalçın,

Serves as a faculty member in the Department of Coaching Education at the Faculty of Sport Sciences, Bingöl University. He began his academic career in 2014, with his research interests centered on sport psychology, recreation, and digitalization. His work primarily explores issues such as digital gaming addiction among youth, smartphone use, leisure satisfaction, and motivation for sport participation. He has published extensively in both national and international peer-reviewed journals and has presented his research at numerous academic conferences. His scholarly approach aims to bridge theory and practice by investigating how sport engagement intersects with individual psychological processes and digital life patterns. Through this, he seeks to contribute meaningfully to the psycho-social development of younger generations.
