Conflict of Interest Policy
Transparency and objectivity in research are essential for Sportif Bakış. These principles are strictly followed in our peer review process and decision for publication.
Manuscript submissions are assigned to reviewers in an effort to minimize potential conflicts of interest.
The following relationships between reviewers and authors are considered conflicts and are avoided:
- Authors and reviewers from the same institution
- Authors and reviewers who worked at the same institution in the past
- Collaboration between authors and reviewers
- In case the author is a master's or doctoral student, the reviewers an advisor or a member of the thesis jury
After papers are assigned, reviewers are required to inform the editor-in-chief of any conflicts mentioned in the list above and any other conflicts that may exist.
