Abstract

The present study aimed to test the validity and reliability of the Club Aggression Scale developed by Shuv-Ami and Toder-Alon (2021) for Turkish culture. The study group consisted of 241 football fans. The measurement tool was adapted to Turkish culture with the translation/back translation method. In the research, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability values of the data were assessed. The fit index values (SRMR, CFI, AGFI, IFI, GFI, TLI) were also examined. In addition, AVE and CR values were assessed for construct reliability. As a result, it was concluded that the Turkish adapted version of the Club Aggression Scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool.
